Refunds & Withdrawal

Before work begins

You may cancel any commission for a full refund at any time before ceremonial work has begun. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

Once work has begun

Where you have expressly requested that work commence inside the EU 14-day withdrawal window, the price is reduced pro-rata for partly performed services. Once a ceremony has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses by operation of law.

Quality concerns

If you believe a commission was not delivered with the care described on this site, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving the field-state notes. We will review every case in good faith and, where appropriate, offer a re-working of the ceremony or a partial refund.

Non-refundable items

Bespoke physical items personalised to you (e.g. inscribed pieces, handwritten works) are non-refundable once production has begun, unless defective.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@adurothemagicpen.com with your karmic claim or order reference, the reason for the request, and your preferred refund method. We respond within 3 working days.
