Digital deliverables

Field-state notes, ritual confirmations and written counsel are delivered by encrypted email to the address you provided at checkout. Please add contact@adurothemagicpen.com to your safe-senders list.

Scheduling

Work is scheduled according to the natural rhythm of the practice (lunar phases, day-counts, the claimant's situation). Indicative timelines are shown at checkout and reconfirmed in writing within 24 hours of order.

Physical artefacts (where offered)

Inscribed and handcrafted pieces are dispatched by tracked courier (DHL Express, FedEx Priority or equivalent). Estimated transit: 2–4 working days within the EU, 3–7 working days worldwide. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility.

Discretion

All shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return address. No reference to the nature of the contents appears on the parcel.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a tracked parcel is more than 10 working days late, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, dispatch a replacement at no charge.
