Terms of Sale

1. Parties & scope

These Terms govern every commission for ceremonial, spiritual, advisory and related services offered through this website. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and acting in your own name.

2. Nature of services

Our services are ceremonial and consultative in nature. They are offered as a personal, cultural and contemplative practice. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or regulated professional advice and must never be used as a substitute for it.

3. Formation of contract

A contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation (email, with karmic claim or order reference). We may decline any commission at our discretion, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices, taxes & invoicing

All prices are shown in EUR. The provider operates as a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer) under the German small-business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung); no VAT is charged and no VAT identification number is issued under Art. 214 Directive 2006/112/EC. A standard invoice is issued after payment. Payment is due in full prior to commencement of work, unless an instalment plan is agreed in writing.

5. Payment methods

We accept major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay through PCI-DSS-aligned processors. Transactions are protected by 3-D Secure where supported by your bank.

6. Delivery & timing

Ceremonial work begins within the window communicated at checkout. Written field-state notes and any deliverables are sent by encrypted email. Delivery times are good-faith estimates and not binding.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Where the law grants a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days of contract formation. By requesting that services commence within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once services are fully performed, and that the price is reduced pro-rata for partly performed services.

8. Refunds

Refunds for unperformed work are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. See the Refunds & Withdrawal page for the full policy.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with us is treated as strictly confidential and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share claimant data with third parties for marketing.

10. Conduct & refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any commission that involves harm to a third party, illegal activity, coercion, or content that violates human dignity. No refund is issued where termination is due to such conduct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the amount actually paid for that commission. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law & forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the Imprint, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The competent ordinary courts shall have jurisdiction.

13. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
